A learner can invite you to link to their DriveAU account. They choose what you get access to, and they can change or remove it at any time. You cannot give yourself more access than they have granted.

What a link does not do
- It does not let you cancel or reschedule a lesson. Only the learner can do that.
- It does not make their lessons yours. Even if you pay, the booking stays theirs — and a refund returns to whoever paid.
- DriveAU does not verify family relationships. Being linked to an account does not establish that you are a parent or legal guardian.
Who provides the lesson
Lessons are provided by independent driving instructors, each running their own business. DriveAU is the marketplace — we handle finding an instructor, booking and payment. Before an instructor can be listed, DriveAU reviews their driving instructor authority details. That review is a condition of taking part in the marketplace; it is not a guarantee about an instructor or a lesson.
